Leveltek International LLC provides complete processing lines for both coil-to-sheet (CTL) and coil-to-coil stretch leveling applications. Leveltek custom designs and manufactures the stretch leveling equipment, including hydraulic and electric control systems.
The corresponding processing line equipment is provided by Athader, S.L. (Spain), a member of the Bradbury Group. Leveltek and Athader participate in joint projects through a strategic alliance.
The stretch leveling CTL lines will typically include stretcher lengths of 18m (60 feet) or 30m (100 feet), a flying shear, and advanced sequence-stacking and packaging systems, together providing very high productivity.
